Community Life and KAUST Smart have partnered to redefine receiving packages at KAUST.
Join us in this Design Thinking workshop to explore a better experience for community members when they receive their mail/ packages at KAUST.
We will start by looking at some of the issues and pain points community members face today when receiving a package at KAUST. Then, we will brainstorm, ideate, and work together to come up with an ideal community member journey for receiving packages.
