This workshop, led by Professor Sami G. Al-Ghamdi, will bring together government officials, policymakers, industry leaders, global academic experts, private sector partners, and students to discuss innovative methodologies, strategies and policy measures that support the sustainable development of giga-projects and key industries across the Kingdom. Key topics will include Life Cycle Thinking (LCT), carbon management and sustainable construction.
Aligned with the KAUST mission, the event underscores the Kingdom’s commitment to sustainability through visionary giga-projects. It provides an invaluable platform for collaboration and knowledge exchange, driving forward Saudi Arabia’s environmental goals under Vision 2030.
