- Childbirth preparation – Monday, December 7, 10:00 -11:00 a.m.
- Infant feeding – Tuesday, December 8, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
- Safe Sleep for infants – Wednesday, December 9, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
- Newborn baby care – Thursday, December 10, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
About Pregnancy and Childbirth Classes
Pregnancy and Childbirth Classes are provided by KAUST Health as a service to the community. These classes are held regularly throughout the year. They are continuously updated with the latest evidence-based research and are targeted at all mothers, even if they’ve previously had children at KAUST.
