Recently IT has noticed that KAUST users using KAUST provided Mobily lines overseas are subscribing to “Design-it-yourself” roaming bundles which are for consumers and not for corporate customers like KAUST.
For KAUST users the only roaming bundles available are “Connect Roaming” and “Bronze, Silver & Gold bundles”.
Please note KAUST will not be refunding for the roaming usage if the user subscribed to any consumer roaming bundles.
