The Quantum Computing Reading Group (QCRG) at KAUST is thrilled to host the CUDA-Q Interactive Workshop, powered by NVIDIA. This hands-on workshop offers an opportunity to make an exploratory dive into quantum computing and gain practical skills guided by experts. KAUST will be one of the first institutions to have access to the four-session short course that NVIDIA is about to release more broadly.
Why you should attend
- Practical learning: Learn to program simple quantum applications using CUDA-Q, NVIDIA’s state-of-the-art platform, which emulates a small quantum computer on a classical computer, interfaced through a Jupyter notebook.
- Expert-led sessions: Gain valuable insights from NVIDIA’s quantum computing education specialists.
- Expand your skillset: Something for everyone, from first concepts for novices to training skills on the CUDA-Q platform for advanced users. Lessons include operations on graphs and a variational quantum algorithm.
- Be a “beta” tester: NVIDIA will adapt and grow their quantum computing curriculum based on early feedback.
