Campus and Community (C&C) at KAUST is excited to invite KAUST community members and externals aged 10 to 16 to participate in the inaugural Future Champs Run, as part of the KAUST Triathlon 2025 on Friday, December 5, 2025, sponsored by the Saudi Triathlon Federation (S3F). We extend a special thank-you to the Saudi Triathlon Federation (S3F) for their generous sponsorship and continued support for the triathlon which incorporates this new event.

Start time: 9:30 a.m.
Distance: 2.5 km
Age group: 10–16 years (first-come, first-served)
Fee: Free (includes refreshments and individual finish times)

Parental consent is required: The race will be fully supported by course marshals, volunteers, and medical teams to ensure safety throughout.
Map of the racetrack: The racetrack uses part of the Triathlon route. The yellow path indicates the Future Champs Run, and the red path shows the main triathlon course.
The event is designed to promote health, fitness, and community spirit among young participants while introducing them to a professionally organized race environment. The route will use part of the official triathlon course, providing a structured, well-managed setting that mirrors the main KAUST Triathlon 2025 event.
Awards will be presented to top performers in the 10 to 16 age group, with the event offering a safe, fun, and professional race environment that reinforces KAUST’s partnership with S3F and its commitment to community engagement in sport.
