Are contractors allowed? (Saudi Oger?)
Everyone is invited to the event. The raffle however is currently limited to direct KAUST employees/students and dependents (ticket holder is required to be present during raffle to claim prize, else it will be forfeited and redrawn).
Dear organizers,
Please put the microphone at the maximum then, because last year we had trouble hearing the names, HSC field is huge and with the large audience, it is hard to hear…!

Seve – Please make it VERY CLEAR that the TICKET holder MUST be present to collect prize last year friends collect for ticket holders.
Can I suggest this be added to your advertisement and large sign at ticket counter on the day?
@Jana – We will make sure that the names will be read clearly along with the ticket number and KAUST ID number.
@Diane – There is a notice printed on the ticket itself plus we will have staff to verify. And yes, we intend to inform the Community about this on future announcements.
