Government Affairs is pleased to announce a trip to Al-Ahsa in the Explore Saudi Arabia program that will include exciting activities.
The trip will run from Thursday, March 9 to Saturday, March 11. Spaces are limited; only the first 45 people registered will join the trip. The deadline for registration is Thursday, February 23.
To register, print and complete the Al-Ahsa Trip application form and email a scanned version with supporting documents to ExploreSaudiArabia@kaust.edu.sa
Please note: To finalize the registration, payments must be paid in the GA Center no later than Thursday, February 23. Once registration is complete and payment has been collected, your booking will be confirmed. Given the advance preparation and block bookings required to organize these excursions, we regret that we cannot offer refunds for no-shows or cancellations.

- Round trip transportation from KAUST to the airport and throughout the trip
- Shared rooms
- Museum entrance fee included with the price
The price does not include the following:
- Personal expenses (laundry, room service, etc.)
Cost per person:
- Adult (12+): 2,300 SAR (cash only)
- Child (under 10 years): 1,850 SAR (cash only)
- Infant (under two years): 125 SAR (cash only)
