I want to know the calendar of the English classes. How many classes in one day and in one week?

Thank you very much.

It will be 6 hours every week. Schedules will be communicated later.

Only “wives”? How about dependent husbands whose native language is not English? “Spouses” would have been more politically correct…
Good idea, thou.
Cheers.

This is a pilot to assess interest and to develop the best format, with this first session limited to only wives.
If successful, plans include an English program (as well as other programs) open to employee spouses and dependents.

It is a great idea and I hope that the pilot is successful. But it was very jarring to open an email to see ‘English Classes for Wives.’ It brought me back to the old days in KAUST when all of the HR material was written for ‘the employee and his wife.’

Nicki – please know that the intent of the title isn’t meant to be jarring. Its specificity is to offer the most clarity about the target audience for this pilot program.

Not for “husbands”, I guess?

Can I know if students’ wives are eligible for theses classes? or not.

As mentioned above, this pilot is only for employee wives for now. Other plans and programs will be announced accordingly.

Thank you for this suggestion. At this stage, we are only focusing on the English pilot. After we have evaluated its success, we will consider additional programs.
