Register your team of eight for the Community Fitness Challenge between November 18-29, 2018. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis, with a maximum of 120 teams.
The Community Fitness Challenge (CFC) is an event that encourages community members to be physically active over a period of 80 days. The CFC consists of two challenges: The Participation Challenge and the Step Challenge.
For the Participation Challenge, registrants earn points towards prizes, as individuals and as a team, for taking part in Recreation events, activities and classes.
For the Step Challenge, the goal is 10,000 daily steps. Prizes are awarded at the 100,000 steps milestone and to weekly leaders.
CFC starts on January 11, 2019 and ends on March 31, 2019.
During CFC, Recreation will organize a variety of sports leagues: volleyball, dodgeball, badminton, basketball, tennis, cricket, bowling and table tennis. Special events will also take place like night runs and Bootcamps!
