- Newborn Care Thursday, March 3 (11:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m.)
- Childbirth Preparation Thursday, March 17 (11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)
- Breastfeeding Thursday, March 31 (11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)
- Safe sleep practices Thursday, April 14 (11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)
About pregnancy and childbirth classes
Pregnancy and childbirth classes are provided by KAUST Health as a service to the community. These classes are held regularly throughout the year. They are continuously updated with the latest evidence-based research and are targeted at all mothers, even if they’ve previously had children at KAUST.
