- Childbirth preparation Monday, December 13 (11:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m.)
- Infant feeding Tuesday, December 14 (11:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.)
- Safe sleep for infants Wednesday, December 15 (11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)
- Newborn baby care Thursday, December 16 (11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)
About pregnancy and childbirth classes
Pregnancy and childbirth classes are provided by KAUST Health as a service to the community. These classes are held regularly throughout the year. They are continuously updated with the latest evidence-based research and are targeted at all mothers, even if they’ve previously had children at KAUST.
