What is meant by reboot your set-top boxes?
Hashim I just switched off the black KAUST box and then when I switched it on again I had the channels. I am enjoying having some different channels, thanks KAUST.
Thanks MOhammed for the list of Channels ! Goodness all we had to do was acess the Menu via our remote and then page down a few times and check the few pages for the channel names to get the number 🙂
Hisham, just switch off your KAUST black box (at the back on the right is the button) then switch on again after a few seconds -this is rebooting. When your menu comes up again you will have the channels and thanks to MOhammed who listed the channel numbers in the message above (or you can use the Menu button on the remote and surf the pages until you find the channel you want) Happy watching
