WISER is now year-round, offering a four-week Summer program and term-time internship opportunities for KAUST’s school students. Students have the opportunity to spend time in a professional department (i.e. HR, Finance, Communications, IT, etc.)., or in an academic/research area of the University where they are exposed to current KAUST research, or can develop a personal research project.
The WISER Summer Program will continue to be a four-week, full-time internship program offered to TKS and other high school students, plus students studying at university (under 25) whose parents live at KAUST.
Academic and Research areas of the University and KAUST departments are invited to submit internship proposals for the WISER 2023 Summer Program, which will take place from Sunday, July 23 to Thursday, August 17.
As in previous years, we are excited to be able to provide opportunities right across the university and would particularly encourage proposals from academic and research areas. If you would like to host one or more interns for the WISER Summer Program, please complete and submit your proposal. Deadline for proposals is Thursday, February 9, 2023. The intern application window will open later in February.
