Join us for the next HYDROGEN Seminar in our ongoing series:

HYDROGEN Production Technologies

Tuesday, September 13
2:00 – 3:30 p.m.
Auditorium between Buildings 2 and 3

Register here for Seminar 2: HYDROGEN Production Technologies

In this seminar we will review various research development needs and current hydrogen production technologies from both hydrocarbon sources and water. In particular, we will address steam reforming, autothermal reforming, and partial oxidation with carbon capture and storage options. Water splitting will also be discussed covering Alkaline, PEM, SOEC, and PEM/AEM electrolysis. Finally, pathways for the production of ammonia as a hydrogen carrier will also be presented and discussed.

Please visit the HSS website for more information on the seminars and our external speakers.

The Hydrogen Seminar Series (HSS) is brought to you by the Clean Combustion Research Center (CCRC) and aims to bring together leading experts in hydrogen from government, national labs, academia, and industry to provide critical insights into the technology, economics, policy and market, including business drivers and barriers to hydrogen, both in the short and long term.

Every two weeks we will examine a different topic: hydrogen production, transportation, storage, distribution, safety, use and commercial opportunities. We will also explore the policy levers which are necessary to accelerate the deployment of hydrogen.
