Various connectivity service issues

Dear KAUST community,

The following are the current immediate issues are facing:

  • Some users of Outlook email are currently unable to connect/receive emails. Please use webmail.kaust.edu.sa in the meantime
  • There are reported issues with login to some SAP applications especially with single sign on
  • Remote learning and Zoom calls are functioning well

As a reminder we have stopped access to Netflix, Youtube and other social media platforms to dedicate our bandwidth for Work and Learning channels.

We will continue to update you as changes are made to our service availability. 

We understand that this will have an impact on the community and apologies for the inconvenience. Thank you for your support and understanding during this time.
