Chef Abdulrahman Enani developed a love for Latin American food while studying Hospitality Management in the southern United States. He is now the chef-owner of Caliente Food Truck in Jeddah.
Join him for a cooking show at Pure Restaurant, Island Recreation Center tomorrow afternoon, Tuesday 11 January, from 15:00-16:00 p.m. He will share his learning journey and how he sees preparing food as a mentality not a recipe, involving creativity, technique and sustainability, while creating a simple dish of handmade pappardelle pasta and porcini mushroom ragu.
