It’s not too late to get a flu vaccine! Flu vaccination is important as it protects us from the most common strains of flu and helps protect vulnerable people in the community.
Please read the information below carefully before you book your appointment.
Important to know about the flu vaccine program:
- Appointment availability: Monday, January 10 and Wednesday, January 12
- Appointment times: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Location: KAUST Health
- Booking: You must book a slot on the flu vaccine booking system: see instructions below
- What to bring? Bring your Iqama or Saudi National ID and your QR code
- Come to your appointment on time: This is important to manage the flow of people and ensure waiting times are minimized.
- The vaccine will be administered to your arm: Please wear loose clothes so that you can easily roll up your sleeve.
- If the children are not booked for vaccination, avoid bringing them to the clinic
How to book your flu vaccine:
- Logon to the flu vaccine booking system
- Select yourself or dependent from the list under your profile
- Select a convenient time/date and complete the questions
- An email confirmation will be sent with details of the booking
Bookings are essential: no walk-ins will be accepted.
Please note that this vaccine program is for all KAUST residents and employees/contractors only.
Non-resident service providers are not permitted to book at this time.
