IWA-KAUST Student Chapter workshops focus on providing different skills to students. This month’s workshop session will focus How to write in LaTeX? (Part I: Basic).

The LaTeX is a typesetting software used in standard scientific publications and academic writings. This is an open-source software used in high-quality typographic scientific documents. This workshop will feature how to create a TEX environment, work on TEX templates, and interface with the various image and references. Software can be downloaded from here.

  • Commands and coding
  • Handling tables/equations/figures
