As a part of Data Center Upgrade Project (SCC Upgrade), a full road closure at Road-2 and Discovery Boulevard shall be enforced starting from December 3 – 15, 2021 for road cutting, excavation and pre-cast duct bank installation for the MV Cable routing from Satellite Substation-1 to Building 14.
For new traffic plan , from Main Campus to Gate-3 shall be diverted to King Abdullah Blvd, right along Bayt Al Hikma Blvd. From Gate-3 to Main Campus (vice versa). Once this diversion is in place, no vehicles are allowed to pass by and motorist are advised to follow traffic signage and flagmen’s directions given. Extreme caution must be observed at all times.
