As you would remember, we embarked on this journey early this year to modernize our systems and empower our workforce and student community with speed, agility, and world class user experience. Click here to read more.
We’re glad to let you know that we’re making significant progress in Phase 1 of this program that focuses on launching HR Connect (the new HR platform), release a brand new KAUST portal and migrate our existing ERP systems to SAP S/4HANA.
While we have made progress, we realize the need for additional time to ensure the systems will perform in the way we expect. Aligned to this, we have recalibrated the Phase 1 go-live date to end of February 2022.
We will reach out to you in the coming days with an agenda to capture your feedback. Watch out for invites for important sessions, training, and key updates.
