The Art Club is offering new ceramics 6-week workshops for the year 2021 – 2022.
Location
Ceramics Studio, Island Recreation Center
Schedule
- 6 classes on Tuesdays: October 26, November 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
- 6 classes on Fridays: October 29, November 5, 12, 19, 26; December 3
Times
- Tuesday evenings: starting on 26 October from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. – beginners only
- Friday mornings: starting on 29 October from 8:00 – 10:00 a.m. – beginners only
You can sign up for either Tuesday or Friday but not both.
Cost
The fee for all 6 classes will be 500 SAR, payable on the first class for all 6 classes. You can take home everything you make.
Participants
- KAUST adult residents only – school aged children by special email application
- There will be instruction in hand building and throwing for whatever level you are
- All participants will be expected to bring a mask and wear it throughout the class and to maintain social distancing in the studio
Clothes
You should wear clothes which are suitable for getting dirty – clay can stain clothes – or bring your own apron.
