As part of Community Life’s ongoing commitment to a healthy community, we will be running another Couch to 5k running program this autumn.
The Couch to 5k program offers weekly sessions: a mixture of walking and running training in a supportive and social environment. The program will run for eight weeks and participants will build up to walking/running five kilometers. A 5k run is being planned as part of WEP 2022, so this will be a great way for participants to test out their new skills.
Join the program
There is no need to register and there is no cost for the program. Just show up and get moving!
