Mandatory vaccination compliance

COVID-19 vaccinations are required for everyone in KAUST aged 12 and over. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are fully vaccinated with all doses by September 1, 2021.

If you were vaccinated outside of KAUST Health but have not registered with KAUST, please register immediately to avoid being non-compliant. The KAUST vaccine monitoring form is available online to submit vaccination records. Anyone who has been previously positive with COVID- 19 and had one dose of vaccine is required to have the second dose to be compliant (except for J&J).

Even if you have received all doses and are fully immune on Tawakkalna, you must still inform us using the KAUST vaccine monitoring form to be compliant.

There remain slots available for booking a COVID-19 vaccine at KAUST Health on the following dates:

  • August 30 – AZ
  • August 31 – Pfizer

Please make sure you book the correct date for the brand of vaccine you are required to take. To book your appointment please follow this link.
