Mandatory vaccination compliance

COVID-19 vaccinations are now required for everyone in KAUST, and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are fully vaccinated with all doses by September 1, 2021. If you were vaccinated outside of KAUST Health but have not registered with KAUST, please register immediately to avoid being non-compliant.

The KAUST vaccine monitoring form is available online to submit vaccination records. Even if you have received all doses and are fully immune on Tawakkalna, you must still inform us using this form to be compliant.

Tawakkalna status

KAUST is aware that some KAUST community members have had difficulties with their Tawakkalna status not updating to show the relevant immunity or COVID-19 status.

If you are experiencing problems, please contact the MOH support team by calling 937 or by emailing 937@moh.gov.sa. Tawakkalna is a governmental application and KAUST are not able to make changes to the system.
