Dear KAUST community,
Government Affairs wishes you a delightful Eid al-Adha and would like to announce that the Eid prayer will be performed at King Abdullah mosque. Both male and female prayer areas will be available for the KAUST community.
- Eid prayer will be performed on Tuesday, July 20 at 6:10 a.m.
- To celebrate the joy of the Eid with our community Government Affairs will be providing:
- Eid refreshments (Arabic coffee, dates and pastries) after the prayer
- Eid sweets and toys for the children in the mosque
In means of enabling the KAUST Muslim community to fulfil their Eid Al-Adha sunnah of offering Udhiya, Government Affairs is pleased to announce a collaboration with Al-Bir Society “Thuwal Charitable Society.” The Society representatives will receive your Udhiya at the King Abdullah mosque on:
- Monday, July 12 – 9:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, July 13 – 9:00 p.m.
- Friday, July 16 – 1:00 p.m.

- Sawakni: 1,350 SAR
Please note: Cash in the exact amount only will be accepted as a safety measure. Change can be donated as preferred by client.Al-Bir Society will coordinate the reception of Udhiya with each person individually.
Worshippers are requested to follow strict Keeping KAUST Safe guidelines, physical distancing directives, wear a face covering and bring personal prayer mats.
