Government Affairs is pleased to announce the creation of a “Volunteer Rescue Team” for any emergency situation involving KAUST community members taking part in outdoor activities outside KAUST.

What does this team do?

Provide assistance to community members whose car got stuck in sand dunes, help off-road car breakdowns, or provide guidance to people who have lost their way in remote, deserted locations.

How to get this special emergency service?

Community members in need can request this type of emergency service by dialing 012 808 0911 from a mobile phone.

What else does this team offer?

The volunteers of the team will aim to provide information by sharing their expertise in off-road driving and will share their knowledge and guidance concerning off-road sites worthy of exploring.

For further information about the Volunteer Rescue Team, or if you are interested to join, please contact kaust.rescueteam@kaust.edu.sa.
