The Couch to 5k program is designed to support people to build up to their first 5k fun run. It’s a 7-week facilitated program, which teaches participants how to train for a 5k run, jog, or walk.
COVID-19 guidelines permitting, Community Life is planning to host a 5k Fun Run in April – this program is a great way to get ready for it!
- When: Starting on February 15, every Monday at 5:30 p.m. and Wednesday at 6:00 a.m.
Feel free to attend either session or both. - Where: Harbor Sports Club running track
They are no need for registration and no cost for the program. Just show up and get moving!
February 14 is a Sunday. Does it start on feb 15 ?
Is there also a Triathlon scheduled this year?
Currently we have no confirmed date, however we are hoping to hold the Triathlon towards the end of the year.
