Did you know the delivery of goods right now resembles the Internet in the 1980s? And that Computational Social Science can help leaders tackle urgent problems? Tune in and learn more!

Today’s program starts at 1:30 p.m. with a live distinguished lecture by Dr. Mohamad Charafeddine, Head of Mobility Engineering at Careem. He will take you on a ride and explain how he envisions making people’s lives easier by enabling seamless access to anyone, anything, anywhere via ubiquitous transport.

Join us again at 5:30 p.m. and listen to the live keynote by Duncan Watts entitled “From Small-World Networks to Computational Social Science.” Join Watts on his journey in Computational Social Science (CSS) through his research on small-world networks in the 1990s to the rise of digital platforms and “big data.” Understand how leaders can tackle urgent problems, challenges and overcoming them, and the future of CSS.
