Would you like to be a Mentor?

WISE is a four-week community-based internship program for children of KAUST residents. Applications are open to TKS and out-of-kingdom high school students who are currently in Grades 10-12. The program is also open to dependent undergraduate University students (aged 25 and under).

Interns have the opportunity to work in many areas in the university and the surrounding support services; from community projects to graphic design, student recruitment to event planning, from artificial intelligence to moon surface imaging. Extra-curricular activities are provided throughout the 4 weeks, such as the Get WISEr café series, which proved to be the most popular activity during the 2020 virtual program.

The 2021 program will run from July 25 to August 19, 2021 and departments are invited to complete and submit their online proposal form, for internship opportunities for the WISE 2021 program.

The deadline for proposals has been extended to February 14, 2021.

If you would like to host an Intern during the 2021 program, please complete the online proposal form.

Please read the WISE 2021 information leaflet for further information and key dates.  If you would like to learn more, visit our WISE page or contact us at WISE@KAUST.edu.sa.

WISE is a program delivered by Community Development in collaboration with The KAUST School.
