Managing Change: A Strategic Skill of a 21st Century Leader

One of the most pivotal skills a modern leader should acquire is “Change Management”. Considering the ever changing and constantly evolving global needs, an effective leader must be equipped to adapt, collaborate, and integrate in the world of learning and development. This session will examine the skills and attitudes required from leaders and their teams in order to survive such “change”.
Alan Herradura has been a professional trainer for almost two decades. He has spoken in universities, corporate firms, and other government agencies and institutions. His primary focus is on conducting interactive workshops on leadership, team building, strategic planning, change management, organizational development, strategic human resources, and marketing.
Alan is currently working as a Learning and Development Officer at the Assessment and Learning Resources Center at Rabigh Arabian Water and Electric Company.
Managing Change: Goal Setting
Speaker: Abdullah Niaz

This session will highlight the importance of setting goals, how to follow up on them and assess the outcome once a task is completed.
Abdullah Niaz works for the Project Execution Unit at the Public Relations Department at PetroRabigh. Abdullah is a Toastmaster Veteran and has served as a Club President and Area Governor of Toastmasters.
Al Manarah Toastmasters is a public speaking and communications group sponsored by Graduate Affairs. The group is an affiliated member of Toastmasters International, which is a world leader in communication and leadership development.
