KAUST cases

One new case of COVID-19 has been identified at KAUST, bringing the total number of cases to 35. The case is currently in quarantine and out of KAUST. Contact tracing is in the process of being completed.

We are keeping in touch with all of our active cases and monitoring their progress. We wish each of these community members well.

KAUST Health Eid al-Adha opening hours

As always, 911 emergency response and the Emergency Department operate 24/7.  

The regular clinic hours for Eid al-Adha are as follows: 


University Library closed during Eid al-Adha break

We would like to inform the community that the University Library will be closed starting July 30 through August 8, 2020 during Eid al-Adha break.

Tim Hortons and Sarawat print and stationery center will also be closed during these days.

Effective August 9, 2020, the Library will reopen with limited access through our registration system and no walk-ins will be allowed.

The University Library’s online collection (which represents 99% of the total collection) will be available through the Library website.
