IT have been providing free IPTV television services to community members to encourage the use of home entertainment options during this time. We would like your input on what you like best and what we can do to improve your experience!

To get access to these new functions, you must download and install the app on any supported android TV box or Smart Android TVs. Your Smart TV or TV box should be running Android 5 (Lolipop) or later.

Here’s how:

  • If you have the KAUST issued white set top box:
    Download and install from the Selevision store available on all set top boxes acquired through the IPTV store. Full guide can be found on the IT Website.  
  • If you have your own personal Android Set Top Box or an Android SMART TV: Download and install it from the Google Play Store on your android TV device by searching for K-IPTV. The Icon looks like this.

This option is not yet available on phones and tablets.

All KAUST Set Top Boxes should be pre-registered and will not ask you for Log-in credentials. If the application prompts you for credentials to log in please contact the IPTV Team.

Having problems? We can help:

  • Contact the IPTV team for support by contacting the IPTV team and one of our engineers will guide you over the phone.
  • Bring your set top box to the IT Mobile & TV store. Store Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Sunday to Thursday
