Following a number of requests regarding registrations for the KAUST charter flights, we have extended the deadline for registrations until tomorrow, Wednesday, July 22 at 6:00 p.m.
To register for one of the KAUST charter flights, please complete the relevant form by Wednesday, July 22, 6:00 p.m., by clicking on the links below:
- Tuesday, August 18
- Wednesday, August 19
- Thursday, August 20
- Friday, August 21 (fully subscribed)
- Flexible (any of the remaining dates)
Flights will depart from Dubai International airport (DXB).Travelers are responsible for their own travel arrangements to Dubai. Flight departure times are still to be confirmed.
The ticket price for the charter flight is estimated to be in the region of $500 – $600 USD. Costs will be deducted directly from salary or stipend.Registering for a charter flight is a commitment to pay.
If you would like to cancel and avoid being charged, you can do so by sending a cancelation request to COVID-19 Operations Hub by Wednesday, July 22, 6:00 p.m.
