Health and wellness resources

As KAUST begins the reopening process, it is natural and normal to experience stronger emotions than usual. You may feel enthusiasm, excitement, apprehension or a little overwhelmed about the thought of switching from home working to going back into your workplace.

The wellness and emotional support teams across KAUST are offering a range of health and wellness services to support you. Using these services can help you to build coping mechanisms to deal with the ‘new normal.’ These teams, together with outside partners, are offering a range of online services.
To learn more about the range of available health and wellness resources, call +966 54 470 0804 or visit the Wellness Services webpage.

How does contact tracing for COVID-19 work?

Because of how COVID-19 spreads, we know it is unlikely a person will catch it from someone without spending a significant amount of time with him or her. You are at higher risk of infection if you have had face-to-face contact with a confirmed case for 15 minutes or more, or you’ve shared an enclosed space with that person for more than two hours.

Once again, we’d like to thank you for your cooperation and ongoing adherence to directives. These have been designed to keep you safe and to help manage the crisis.
