KAUST cases

The total number of cases of COVID-19 identified at KAUST remains at 16. All of the positive cases have been discharged upon completion of the MOH testing requirements. The last positive case was 22 days ago.

Petromin workshop resumes activities

The Petromin workshop close to the gas station, resumes its activities today.The workshop operates: 

  •  8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. from Saturday to Thursday

They offer a range of services including oil change, batteries and tire repair works.

A CBRC team led by Associate Director Xin Gao is putting AI to use to help the Kingdom’s radiologists identify COVID-19 cases.

Gao’s AI-based model, which aims to increase accuracy, has been put to immediate use at King Faisal Specialist Hospital (KFSH) in Riyadh.
