Dear KAUST community,
Global Branding and Communications (GBC) is looking for people who would be interested in being part of a film to thank the KAUST community—especially our frontline workers and volunteers—for their collective effort throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
We would be particularly interested to hear from families who, in addition to thanking the KAUST community, might also like to share some of the creative and fun activities they have been doing during the lockdown.
If you’re based on campus and you would be interested in taking part please tell us very briefly, about yourself and why you would like to feature in the film. Send your name and your details including a phone number, to marcomav@kaust.edu.sa.
The deadline for submission is Sunday, May 31.
Please note:
- Places are very limited. Please ensure you apply before the deadline. A total of 6 families/people will be chosen.
- Filming will be undertaken remotely to comply with physical distancing guidelines. Further details will be provided to potential participants.
- We will arrange a short Zoom call with potential participants to discuss the project and what is required.
