KAUST Security would like to draw your attention to the new operation mode of the Visitor Center at the main gate that will take effect on March 1, 2020.
- Working hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Working days: Sunday to Thursday
After the new working hours of the center, the Security Gate team will process any visitor-related requests.
This update comes as a natural progression of the visitor management transformation strategy, especially after implementing the E-check-in approach that aims at streamlining the visitor process for greater convenience.
To ensure a smooth verification process through Security Gates, hosts are urged to consider the following:
- submit all required documents when applying for their visitors’ access (i.e. copy of Iqama, Saudi National ID, Vehicle Registration, etc.).
- ensure that their visitors have their official identification documents ready for verification purposes at the gate.
- ensure that their visitors check out at the gate as they leave.
