A keynote lecture by Françoise Baylis, University Research Professor at Dalhousie University. She is a philosopher working in bioethics at the intersection of policy and practice. Her work challenges readers to think broadly and deeply about the direction of health, science and biotechnology. Introduction by Professor Khaled Salama, co-Chair of WEP 2020.
