The Health, Safety and Environment Department and the University Library are pleased to announce the KAUST bird records collection. With over 20,000 individual observations of over 250 species dating back to the opening of the University, the collection is a rich shared resource for the KAUST community to use and catalog the diversity of the bird population that lives in or migrates through KAUST.

Through integration with the global citizen science platform eBird, the collection is open to new observations from birders in the KAUST community. With your help we look forward to recording the next ten years of bird biodiversity in KAUST!

Need a reference to help identify birds?
