The Security Department, in partnership with IT, is pleased to announce the launch of a new feature via the Security e-Services. This feature allows motorcycle users to register their motorcycles that have a Saudi registration plate online.
This new addition comes in the Security Department’s efforts to enhance the convenience of the registration process for our valued customers.
You can access the new feature by following these steps:
- Visit Security e-Services at https://vms.kaust.edu.sa/ and log in using your KAUST username and password.
- Click on ‘eSecurity’ then click on ‘motorized plate.’
- Click on ‘create/register motorized plate request.’
- Fill out the required fields about the motorbike owner.
- Upload the required documents (Saudi motorcycle license – Saudi motorcycle registration – valid insurance).
- Once you submit the request, you will receive a request number through your email.
Registration of motorcycles that have a Saudi registration plate via the online eSecurity website is a mandatory requirement in order to be able to continue to use this type of vehicle within KAUST premises.
