Delegate another driver to use your vehicle!

The Security Department is pleased to announce the launch of a vehicle delegation feature via the Security e-Services. This feature allows vehicles’ owners, who have a valid vehicle sticker, to delegate another driver to use their vehicles.

You can access the new feature by following these steps:

1. Visit Security e-Services at https://vms.kaust.edu.sa/and log in using your KAUST username and password.
2. Click on ‘eSecurity’ then click on ‘vehicle stickers’.
3. Click on ‘my vehicle sticker request’.
4. Choose the vehicle which you would like to delegate, then click on the actions bar, then click on ‘vehicle delegation request’.
5. Choose the delegation start date and end date, then type the KAUST ID of the delegated person then click ‘search’.
6. Type the justification of the request then click ‘submit’.  An email will be sent to the delegated party to approve the application.
