This workshop brings together Masaa Bitar, a well-known clinical dietician and certified chef, with our own Food Safety and Quality Assurance expertMariem Ben Said to teach you about:

  • The importance of self-care and the pillars for healthy living, including a free meditation session.
  • Preparing easy, delicious, and healthy recipes
  • Meal prep for adults on a busy schedule
  • Household food safety advice
  • Opportunity for a tour of the Community Kitchen which will be launching soon
  • Taste testing and light healthy snacks will be provided
