The IT Department would like to remind the Community that it has enabled Duo 2FA on KAUST services, VPN and WebMail, to ensure secure access to your data and mailbox when you are off campus.
What is it?
2FA sends you a code or push notification that will serve as an additional security layer to protect your data and research from hackers.
What do you need to do?
To avoid any service disruptions, please set up Duo Mobile Application on your phones or tablets before travelling. Please note: If you have already enrolled for Duo Security, you will not need to register again.
In order to register, please check your mailbox for an enrollment email from Duo Security (no-reply@duosecurity.com) and sign up as soon as possible.
