Final Gala and Award Ceremony
It’s time to celebrate! Yves Gnanou, interim vice president for research and acting VP for Academic Affairs along with Valerio Orlando, chair of WEP 2019, will kick off the evening by recognizing the efforts of everyone involved in the production of this program and our sponsors.
Also, we will give awards to the winners of the Undergraduate Poster Competition, the WEP Library ePoster Competition, the Science Fair, Reinventing Al Jazari’s Time Machines and The Science of Storytelling.
Then, the “Opera in Roma” orchestra will take us on a journey back to the 18th century, where internationally renowned soloists will create a special atmosphere this night.
After the musical performance, you are all invited to attend the cocktail reception.
