Work Internship and Student Experience (WISE) is a program open to current TKS students from grades 10 to 12; as well as university/college students visiting their parents at KAUST for the summer.
WISE will run from July 14 to August 8, 2019, with opportunities across many KAUST departments. Upon successful completion of the program, Interns will receive a certificate and stipend at the WISE award ceremony.

Attend the WISE Internship Fair
TKS students can visit the WISE Internship Fair, Tuesday, January 29 from 8:45 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in Hall 2, Building 19 to gather information about the many exciting internships on offer in KAUST offices, labs, research centers and community facilities. The Internship Fair is a great opportunity to meet representatives from the host departments, and take the opportunity to make a great first impression.
WISE Intern Eligibility
Children of KAUST residents who are current TKS students in Grades 10-12 or University/College students visiting their parents at KAUST over the summer are eligible. (University/College students must be 25 and under, a current full-time student, or planning to start University/ College in the 2019-2020 academic year or graduated at the end of the 2018-2019 academic year).
Next steps:
- Applications can be made from 29 January by visiting workable.com. The application deadline is February 4.
- Interviews will take place week beginning 17 & 24 February 2019 (in person or via Skype).
- Offers will be made by mid-March 2019.
- Internships will take place July 14 – August 8, 2019
