  1. Good Afternoon,
I wanted to draw your attention to several issues:
1- The Pet care link does not work, I am supposed to send the registration form and a photo of my cat but I could not.
2- There is no available appointments at the Vet until the “free registration” period ends. I already have registered my cat and have all the required documents, I do not see it fair to pay registration fees again when this period is passed.
3- On this site the Vet hours/days are Sun-Thurs 4-7 but on the appointment site it reads Mon& Wed 4-7. Which one is correct?
I am requesting that you please -at least for people who have registered before- to either extend the free registration period or wave the fees; if neither is possible then could you at least explain what is the reason we have to re-register our pets again, my cat already have a KAUST no. Thank you

  2. 1) Submit a Pet Registration Form and photo of your pet to PetCare@kaust.edu.sa.
    2) The “free registration” period has been extended.
    3) Vet hours will be changing hence why the booking system is displaying those days for later date appointments.

Please visit the Pets in our Community webpage on the Community Life intranet for further information and details for the above queries: https://communitylife.kaust.edu.sa/Services/Pages/Pets-in-our-Community.aspx?
