The Information Technology (IT) department and University Library are delighted to announce the launch of the enhanced user interface and self-booking feature of the Library’s Conference Room Booking and Audio Visual Services.
The seamless online experience is now available with enhanced features through the KITS (KAUST IT Services) automated system for selected rooms which can be used for group trainings, business meetings and classes.
More details about these rooms are available from this link. This feature will be available to all KAUST staff and students starting Tuesday, May 15, through the KAUST Portal under “Self Services”. The best browsers to run this application are Google Chrome and Firefox.
KITS will continue to grow and develop – more features and automated IT services will be available soon.
