KAUST Health invites pregnant women and their birth partner to attend Pregnancy and Childbirth Classes, during their 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
Attend Monday evenings from 5:15 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in Conference Room 2 at KAUST Health.
- March 5: Birth preparation – Bring your own exercise mat!
- March 19: Breastfeeding and safe sleeping
- April 2: Baby first aid and newborn care
Enroll in one session or all three!
About the Pregnancy and Childbirth Classes
Pregnancy and Childbirth Classes are provided by KAUST Health as a service to the community. These classes are held regularly throughout the year, alternating months. They are continuously updated with latest evidence-based research and are targeted at all 3rd trimester mothers, even if they’ve previously had children at KAUST.
