Three categories:
- Adult race (16 and over) – Sprint Triathlon – 400m open-water swim, 20k bike and 5k run
- 7-11 years old – 100m pool swim (HSC family pool), 5k bike and 1k run
- 12-15 years old – 200m pool swim (HSC family pool), 10k bike and 2k run
Enter as an individual and complete all 3 stages, or enter as a team (up to 3) and complete the race as a relay.
